Board Governance Manual:
The board governance manual contains a comprehensive system for putting into practice the theory that policies formulated and adopted by the Board of Education should guide the Superintendent and school district administration. The system gives operating authority to the Superintendent and school district administration while at the same time permits the Board of Education to keep control of the district’s direction.
